About Me
James Aylott was previously a Hollywood paparazzo photographer and photo editor at tabloid magazine Star. In 2016 he sold Pacific Coast News, the highly successful celebrity news agency that he founded in 2003. In 2019 he published his award winning debut novel: Tales from The Beach House. He received his education from the University of California Berkeley (2003) and King’s College, London (2016). A prior resident of Delray Beach, Florida he now lives with his family in University City, Missouri. James Aylott has been a real estate investor for over twenty years. He specializes in residential investment properties within the downtown, central city and west county areas of St. Louis, Missouri.
