November Agent Highlight
Get to know each of our Re/Max Gold agents a little better though our monthly Agent Highlight! This month's "Getting to Know" feature is Everett Hughes, of our St. Louis, MO Office at 1900 Park Ave.
Everett Hughes is a veteran in the real estate game with over 30 years of experience under his belt. In 2016 Everett joined our Gold Family as a buyer’s agent on Suzanne Hunn’s “Our Home Team.” He gained experience that provided him confidence to branch out on his own. Everett believes in the opportunity that REMAX provides with unlimited potential to achieve your goals. Everett brings a lifetime of customer service experience to his real estate career. Having retired from American Airlines and serving as a Customer Service Representative in Premium Services, he knows the importance of staying true to the core values of providing excellence in customer service, and that your reputation will follow you.
Everett recognizes that the market is ever-changing, and during the pandemic, he decided to adapt his business. Everett chose to incorporate the skills of “ Just a Touch of Staging”, and saw his properties sell for more money in less time. He also chose excellent professional photography and Matterport virtual tours and videos to help potential buyers envision themselves in the home. Everett dedicated his efforts to real estate full time so he could increase his focus and provide his clients with more availability.
When Everett isn’t selling homes, you may find him seated at the piano at Ambruster Chapel, a mortuary in Clayton, or on a tennis court. He has been an ardent tennis enthusiast for years after meeting Arthur Ashe at an exhibition in the St. Louis Armory in 1976 and played tournaments across the US, Canada and Australia. Since the of age 9 Everett has played the piano and eventually organ working as a liturgical musician for several congregations in his earlier years. However, his 22 year airline career cultivated an interest and appreciation for travel. If Everett could travel anywhere right now, which he can as an airline retiree, he would choose Machu Picchu in Peru, one destination on his bucket list of the 7 wonders of the world. Wherever Everett may travel we are thrilled he calls RE/MAX Gold home for his business, and we look forward to watching his continued success!
